1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
Zest from 1 lemon
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup olive oil
Combine parsley, lemon zest and garlic in a small bowl. Stir in the olive oil. Season with salt. Set aside for at least 2 hours before serving.
Serve with meat (short ribs, steak etc)
