1 Bag of Ore Ida southern style (shredded) hashbrowns- thawed
1 cup of sour cream
1 1/2 cup of cheese (colby/jack or cheddar)
1 can of cream of chicken soup
1 stick of butter melted
salt and pepper to taste
Mix ingredients in a bowl...then place in a buttered pyrex pan. Cook at 325 for 45 mins or until brown on the top.
