Recipe Details:
Ingredients
2 pounds fingerling potatoes, unpeeled (can substitute small Yukon Golds but they won't be as good and the cook time will be different)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
5 garlic cloves, unpeeled
Sea Salt (preferably french)
Directions
In a medium saucepan, add potatoes, butter, garlic and a sprinkling of sea salt. Cover and cook over low heat for about 25 minutes (time will vary depending on the size of the potatoes). Toss occasionally with lid on. Cooked potatoes will be tender and browned in some spots. Serve immediately with a bowl of sea salt on the table.
Serves 4
Note: You'll be amazed by how easy and good these are! If you use a different type of potato, you may need to adjust the cook time. Use a fork to test doneness!
