Fresh Apple Cake

Recipe Details:

Cake Mixture:
1.5 cups of vegetable oil
2 cups sugar
4 eggs
2.5 cups flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
3 cups apples chopped
1 cup pecans chopped
1 teaspoon vanilla

Topping Mixture:
1.5 cup brown sugar
1 stick butter
.5 cups of pecans chopped
3 teaspoons milk

Cooking Cake:
Mix oil and sugar, add eggs one at a time, beating (mixing in) after each on.
Shift together other dry ingredients and add to egg mixture.
Stir in apples, pecans and vanilla.
Pour into bunt pan that has been greased with flour.
Bake at 350 for 1 hour.

Topping:
Put all ingredients in pan, bring to boil until you can softball, pour over cake.
