Chili Con Queso

Recipe Details:

3 cups homemade chili
8 oz cream cheese
2 cups grated Jack cheese
Tortilla Chips

In a medium saucepan, combine chili, cream cheese and jack cheese. Cook until ingredients are melted and well combined, about 10 minutes. Serve warm with tortilla chips.
