Recipe Details:

Fill each champagne flute with 1 tbsp creme de cassis, then top with chilled champagne/sparkling wine. Serve.

Note: Using high-quality champagne/sparkling wine for a kir royale isn't necessary (although it certainly wouldn't hurt!). Freixenet Cava from Costco (which is $10 for 2 bottles) I find works fine for this.
