Fish with Avocado & Lime Salsa

Note: This recipe is great for fish tacos too!
1-2 avocados, chopped into 1/3-inch cubes, ripe but not too ripe
3/4 cup chopped red onion
4 teaspoons minced red bell pepper
4 teaspoons fresh lime juice
Salt and fresh pepper to taste
3-4 teaspoons olive oil
4 6-ounce halibut or mahi-mahi fillets
In a small bowl, combine avocado, onion, red pepper, and lime juice; stir gently to blend. Season salsa to taste with salt.
Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Sprinkle fish with salt and pepper. Add fish to skillet and sauté until brown and cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
Spoon salsa over fish and serve.
