Shrimp in Creole Sauce

Recipe Details:

2 tbsp butter
l half of a green pepper, chopped
4 stalks of celery, chopped
1 large chopped onion
3 cans tomato soup
1/2 cup water
1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/4 tsp paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Tobasco to your taste

In a large, high-rimmed skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add onion, green pepper and celery and sautee for about 5 minutes, until tender. Add soup, water and remaining seasonings. Add shrimp. Bring to a boil and cook until shrimp is cooked through. Serve over rice. Serves 8.
