Vegeterian Lasagna

Recipe Details:
2 14 1/2-oz cans Mexican stewed tomatoes
1 8-oz can tomato sauce
8-oz sliced Mushrooms
1 Tbs oregano
12 lasagna noodles (uncooked)
15 oz. ricotta cheese
6 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 16-oz can black beans
1 14-oz can salsa
Preheat oven to 350. Combine tomatoes, tomato sauce, mushrooms,
oregano, salt and pepper. Spray 13X9 dish with cooking spray. Place
half of tomato mix on bottom of pan. Top with 4 lasagna noodles. Top
with half of ricotta, mozzarella, Parmesan and black beans. Repeat
layers... ending with salsa. Sprinkle with remaining mozzarella and
Parmesan. Cover with foil and bake for 1 hour.
