Recipe Details:

Ingredients
Chilled peach juice (I use Peach Looza)
A bottle of chilled Prosecco (Italian Sparkling Wine)

Directions
Fill each chilled champagne glass with one part peach juice to 3 parts Prosecco.

Alternative way to make this ---
If you can't find a good peach juice, drain a can of white peaches and puree it in a blender. Then, fill a pitcher with ice cubes, the peach puree and the prosecco (about 3/4 of the bottle). Stir and pour into glasses.

Note: This recipe was invented by Harry's Bar in Venice, Italy. A true Bellini is made with the nectar of white peaches. If you can't find Prosecco, you can use any sparkling wine or champagne. They are great to serve in the summer. Also, great for a bridal or baby shower!
