Easy Corn Souffle
1 package of corn bread mix (I use Betty Crocker (in the bagesque package) but any will do)
2 large cans of creamed corn
2 beaten eggs
4 tablespoons melted butter or margarine
Mix all ingredients together, pour into greased 9X9 pan. Cook at 350 for 1 hour or until golden brown.
This recipe is amazingly delicious. It makes an impressive, yummy side dish. Enjoy!
