Jenn's Magical Christmas Corn
4 packages of frozen white corn (try Whole Foods for the white frozen corn...you can use yellow..but the white corn is yummiest.)
1 stick of butter
1 quart of whole milk
4 pieces of bacon
1/2 onion chopped
Directions: in a large dutch oven or pot fry 4 pieces of bacon until crispy. Remove from the pot. Saute the chopped onion and add in butter. When the onion is softened mix in the corn. After the corn is mixed in, pour in half of the quart of milk. Cook low and slow (3 or 4 hours) on the stove and continue to add in more and more milk as it get low. Add in plenty of salt and black pepper. Crumple the crispy bacon the top before serving.
