Dulce De Leche
1 (14 oz) can sweetened condensed milk
pinch of coarse salt
Pour condensed milk into a shallow baking dish. Mix in salt. Place baking dish into a larger baking dish. Pour water into the larger pan until it reaches half way up the sides of the baking dish. Cover the dish holding the condensed milk tightly with foil.
Bake at 400 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours. When it is done, it will be a carmel color. Remove from oven and whisk out the lumps.
Serve with ice cream!!
It keeps for about a month in the fridge.
