Sauteed Chard with Garlic
about 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
3 cloves garlic, crushed with the side of a knife
2 anchovy fillets (packed in oil)
1 bunch swiss chard, thick ribs removed, cleaned and chopped
salt and pepper
In a large skillet, heat oil at medium-high heat. Add garlic and anchovies and sautee until anchovies have melted, about 3 minutes. Add chard and sautee about 8-12 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
