Walnut and Parmesan Bruschetta

In a Cuisinart, pulse the walnuts, parmesan cheese, olive oil (add this slowly after walnuts have pulsed for a bit with parmesan), lemon juice, and salt and set aside. Broil the sliced baguette and assemble the bruschetta just before serving. Sprinkle with fresh rosemary and parmesan and serve.
1 cup (4 ounces) Walnuts
1 cup (4 ounces) grated Parmesan, plus more for garnishing
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 Baguette, thinly sliced
Fresh Rosemary
Total time: 10 minutes
