2 cups raw cranberries
2 apples, peeled, cored and cut into 4 chunks
1 seedless orange, peel on and cut into pieces
Place cranberries, apples and orange pieces in a food processor. Pulse until mixture becomes roughly blended and somewhat lumpy - you don't want a smooth puree but there shouldn't be any big chunks of fruit. Be careful not to over-pulse, or you'll end up with mush.
Mix in the sugar. Let sit at room temperature until sugar dissolves, about 45 minutes. Store in the refrigerator.
