Easy Brownies

Recipe Details:

8 tbsp unsalted butter
2 oz unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup walnuts, toasted and chopped
1/4 cup flour
1/4 tsp salt

Heat oven to 325. Move racks to middle position. Spray PAM on a circular pyrex dish with a 9" diameter (or a 8"x8" square pan).

Melt butter and chocolate together over low heat in a medium sized pan. Remove from heat. Stir in the sugar. Add beaten eggs and vanilla and stir to a smooth batter. Add walnuts, flour and salt and stir until incorporated. Pour batter into baking dish.

Bake for 40-45 minutes, until an inserted toothpick comes out clean. Slice into 10 pie-shaped pieces.

NOTE: I'm not usually a fan of homemade brownies (I like the boxed version better) but these are truely delicious!
