Sausage in Puff Pastry
1 sheet Pepperidge Farm Puff Pastry, thawed and cut into 9 1-inch strips
27 mini-sausages or Chorizos
Preheat oven to 400. Set rack at middle level.
Cut each 1-inch strip of puff pastry crosswise into thirds. Wrap each mini-sausage with pastry, sealing well, so that its ends are sticking out.
Place on a baking sheet and bake for 15-17 minutes, until just begining to brown. Serve warm.
