French Toast Casserole

This recipe is super easy and so yummy. We just served it at a baby shower brunch and lots of people were requesting the recipe...Enjoy!

Ingredients:
1 cup packed brown sugar
8 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. corn syrup
loaf of french bread
5 eggs
1 1/4 cup 2% milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:
combine sugar, butter, syrup and warm until syrupy
pour into bottom of 9x13 pan
slice 1" pieces of bread and fill the pan
beat eggs, milk, vanilla, salt
pour over bread
cover and refridgerate overnight
preheat oven to 350
bake for 45 minutes
