Grilled Asparagus and Prosciutto Bundles
1 lb asparagus spears, cleaned, dried and trimmed
8 slices (3 oz) thinly sliced prosciutto
1 tbsp garlic or extra-virgin olive oil
Fresh ground pepper
Heat grill to medium-high heat. Toss asparagus in oil and pepper. Tightly wrap about 3-4 asparagus spears in a prosciutto slice and lie on a plate. Repeat with remaining asparagus. Grill for 3-5 minutes. Makes 8 bundles, Serves 4
